Who we are

How we use it

We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver the services you have requested. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies & analytics

With your consent, given via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, this site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site - for example, which pages are viewed and for how long. Google Analytics sets cookies that assign your browser a unique identifier and may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses. You can decline analytics cookies at any time; this does not affect your ability to use the site. To withdraw consent after accepting, clear your browser's cookies and local storage for this site, or use your browser's tracking-protection settings.

Legal basis

Contact form processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. Analytics cookies are used only based on your separate consent given via the cookie banner.

Third-party processing

Contact form submissions are delivered via FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. With your consent, visit data is also processed by Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). Please refer to FormSubmit's and Google's own privacy policies for details on how they handle data.

Local storage

This site stores your language preference and your cookie consent choice in your browser's local storage so they are remembered on your next visit. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Data retention

We keep the information you send us for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, if a working relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law. Google Analytics data is retained according to the settings on our Google Analytics account.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
